Lloyd E. Bennett
Lloyd Bennett is the firm’s founding member. He is a 1987 graduate of Seton Hall University School of Law in Newark, N.J. He also received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Ithaca Collage in 1984. Lloyd is the third generation of attorneys in his family practicing law in New Jersey. His grandfather and father were well respected in the community they served.
Lloyd is licensed to practice law in New Jersey and is an active member of:

- Hudson and Essex County Bar Associations
- North Hudson Lawyers Group.
He has spoken to various civic organizations about immigration issues and is a frequent contributor of immigration information to local newspapers.
Lloyd was recently elected treasurer of the NJ Chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association and was recognized by his peers and his personal achievement as a "Super Lawyer" in 2008.
Michelle Lago
Michelle Lago, Esq. has been a member of the firm since 2007. She concentrates her practice in the area of immigration and naturalization law and divorce. She was admitted to the New Jersey bar after graduating from Seton Hall Law School in 2005. Following law school, Michelle was a clerk to a Judge in the Superior Court of New Jersey who concentrated in family law matters. Currently, she routinely appears before immigration and deportation officers and Judges on behalf of the firm's clients and has obtained immigration benefits for many clients of the firm.
Michelle is licensed to practice law in N.J. and is an active member of:
